EXCHANGES

Exchanges are not permitted on Okaidi. 

Customers need to return the original product and place a new order for their product of choice. 


RETURNS

All products that are to be returned must be properly packaged and with labels.

All returns are made through home collection, we do not offer returns in physical stores at the moment. 

No changes, returns or withdrawal of products that are incomplete, damaged, deteriorated, stained or in any state that reasonably indicate that the product has been used, In the interest of hygiene, Accessories, cosmetics, and underwear may not be refunded or exchanged at any time.

In case of returning items in promotion (e.g Buy 2,get 1 Free), customer must return all items purchased in the promotion.

. They will be returned to the customer as soon as possible.

Returns are free of charge for the customer. Okaidi shall refund the customer the corresponding amount (excluding shipping costs from the original purchase) within 14 calendar days since the date it was informed of the return request.

In the case of returns, the refund within 7 to 14 working days from the date we receive your parcel at our warehouse. 

Please keep in mind that the refund depends on the applied payment method. 

Your refund will be processed once your package has been received in our distribution center. 

Refund Process for Payment on Delivery (COD): You will be refunded the amount with a voucher (discount code) applicable on the website of the returned product's value after ensuring its safety. 

Refund Process for Creditcard and Mada Payment:

The amount will be refunded to the card with which the payment was made. Usually, it takes around 7 to 14 working days (depends on the type of card and the bank) of our receipt of the product to our warehouse and ensuring its safety. 


FREE HOME PICK-UP

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return it. To do so, you can request home collection and we will send a courier to collect your parcel:

Step 1: Request Home Collection At The Website

Go to the Orders section in your Account.Next, put your Order number and your E-mail address on the Website and click on “Find Your Order”.

You will now have access to your order in details.

Now Select the items that you want to return and click ”Submit “.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail with full details of your request.

Within 48 hours we will send you an Airway Bill (AWB) to send the shipment back to us.

Step 2: Prepare Your Parcel Enclosing the Airway Bill (AWB)

Pack the items securely, in the original packaging if possible.

Enclose the Airway Bill (AWB) which was sent to you by email. 

Step 3: The Courier Will Come To Your Home Address To Collect Your Parcel

Our courier will contact you to confirm a date and time to collect the items.


RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

You have the right to cancel your order for any reason before the order is processed. 

If your order has been processed, you will have to request a return using the procedures mentioned above.
